ubuntu 13.04 - can't see external ntfs drive

ubuntu 13.04 - can't see external ntfs drive

I have upgraded from ubuntu 12.10 to 13.04 (x64) and from kde v4.10 to
v4.11. Same kernel 3.8. When I had 12.10 I could see and mount my external
ntfs hard drive, now I can not, the drive is the same. I am able to see
other external drives like my Western Digital external ntfs drive, it just
happens with my external Verbatim drive. It's strange because it works
fine with windows 7 x64.
I checked sudo fdisk -l but I still can't see the drive. I also use
ntfs-3g package.
What can I do to solve it? Thanks
