[ Skin Conditions ] Open Question : Leg rash, The skin is sensitive?

legs but the Right leg is worse than the other. My doctor gave me cream to
put on once a day, is it bad that it's sensitive? It was bright red a few
days ago then i started the cream and wasn't as bright. What's going on
can someone tell me what kinda rash it is how long it'll take to get rid
of :l
